Financial restructuring up to support of M&A or fire sale process

We work with you to identify financial restructuring opportunities and help you assess whether a fire sale or M&A may be an alternative. We leverage our network of M&A advisors to support this process until closure and beyond as well, if desired.

 

WHAT YOU GET:

  • Project Management / PMO support during M&A or selling process, operationally supporting you day-to-day in managing the process and / or dealing with Corporate Finance / M&A consultants
  • Creation of "pitch outline" of your company to get potential buyers / M&A consultants etc. interested in the first place
  • Network contacts to experienced M&A professionals to ensure best representation for your company
  • If desired, connection to potential buyers / other investors in our network

WHAT IS DONE:

  • Initial kick-off workshop (online or in-person) with leadership / core team, to identify potential options (restructuring vs. sale / M&A) and intended direction
  • Detailed one-on-one (or small group) interviews / discussions / workshops with key team members, supplemented by external expert insights as required
  • Day-to-day project management / PMO and operational support of all tasks related to the process (includes Due Diligence, data room management, creation of PPT documents for communication, etc.)

TIMING AND PRICING:

  • Highly dependent on specific circumstances - priced by hour (250-500 EUR per hour) or day (1.5k - 4.5k EUR per day)
